Dr. Hadley is a medical doctor who is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry. She provides expert-level medication management for a variety of mental health conditions in addition to psychodynamically-informed psychotherapy.
Clinical Interests
Depression
Dr. Hadley enjoys working with people experiencing their first bout of depression and with those who have been diagnosed with complex mood disorders, including so-called “treatment-resistant” depression (defined as depression that has failed to respond to two or more medication trials). She is well-versed in both new medications and in the use of older medications, including monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) and tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), when indicated.
Bipolar Spectrum Disorders
Dr. Hadley enjoys working with those with suspected or confirmed bipolar-spectrum disorders, including those who have struggled to find an appropriate medication regimen to control their symptoms. Dr. Hadley stays up-to-date on the many new medications available for the treatment of this condition, and if medications and therapy alone are unable to control your condition, will refer you to a specialty clinic for further evaluation.
ADD/ADHD
Dr. Hadley enjoys working with those who are struggling to manage symptoms of ADD/ADHD, whether they have previously been diagnosed with this condition or only suspect that they may have it. See this page [LINK] for more information about our process for working up new symptoms concerning for ADD/ADHD, and to learn more about this diagnosis.
