Dr. Hadley is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry. She provides expert-level medication management for a variety of mental health conditions in addition to psychodynamically-informed psychotherapy.

Dr. Hadley earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Medicine, where she was part of the Medical Scientist Training Program, which allowed her to simultaneously complete her M.D. and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. Her dissertation research explored the use of resting-state fMRI to predict treatment outcomes in patients suffering from severe psychiatric illness with Dr. Adrienne Lahti; she has authored a number of scientific articles on this and other topics.

After completing her graduate degrees, she continued at UAB for Psychiatry Residency Training with a special focus on Psychotherapy. As part of her training in Psychotherapy, during her 4th year of training she attended classes with the child and adolescent fellows, took on additional psychotherapy cases with extra supervision, and became proficient in administering and interpreting projective testing, including the Rorschach and the Tasks of Emotional Development. During her four years of residency training, she expanded her research interests to include quality improvement and the application of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to healthcare. As a 3rd year resident, she received the 2018 Resident Leadership Award and was part of the team that won the 12th Annual MindGames competition at the American Psychiatry Association’s 2018 Annual Meeting in New York City, NY.

After completing her training, Dr. Hadley and her family moved to Auburn, Alabama, where she spent the next two years working at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama, before joining the Hawkins Group in Auburn, Alabama, where she worked for a year before starting her own practice in 2022.
